Prerequisite - Obtaining an API Key

To set up a Palletways integration, you will first need to get an API Key.

  1. Please go to the Palletways Portal.

    • If you are not a Portal user, you will have to request your API Key from your Palletways Depot.

  2. Log in with your portal credentials.

  3. Click the API Key link.

  4. Take note of the key.

  5. We will also need the Account Code this is usually the last part of the Username (Last four digits).

Adding a Palletways connection

Once you have your API Key and Account Code the next step is to add a Palletways connection by following the steps below:

  1. Within Mintsoft, click Connect then Courier Integrations.

  2. Next, click Palletways then Add Account.

  3. (3PL Only) Select the Client.

  4. Select the Warehouse or leave it as ALL.

  5. Paste in your API Key and Account Code.

  6. (Optional) Enable the Confirm toggle.

    • If enabled, it will commit orders to depot.

    • If disabled, we do not retrieve tracking IDs and the job will need to be confirmed at a later date from the Palletways portal.

  7. (Optional) Enable the Label Rotation toggle.

    • If enabled, the label will rotate 180 degrees.

  8. Finally, click Add.
