The following information applies to the ShipStation integration with Mintsoft.

Prerequisite - Obtaining API Credentials
Note: Mintsoft integrates with Shipstations V1 API, currently we are unable to integrate with Shipstations V2 API.
To get the API key needed to integrate ShipStation with Mintsoft, please log into ShipStation, then:
Go to API Settings on the left-hand pane.
Select V1 API as the API Version.
Generate the API Keys.
The API Key and Secret will show under API Keys section.
Copy the API Key and Secret.
Adding a ShipStation connection to Mintsoft
Once you have obtained the API Key and Secret, please follow the steps below to add the ShipStation connection to Mintsoft:
Within Mintsoft, click Connect then Order Integrations.
Next, click Shipstation.
Click Create Account.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Select the Warehouse and Channel.
Set the Frequency to import orders.
Paste the API Key and API Password (Secret) into the relevant fields.
(Optional) Enable Sync New Products and set the Product Sync Frequency.
Enter the ShipStation Warehouse ID.
Set 0 for All.
Enter the Store / Storefront ID.
Leave Blank for All.
Set to Active once ready.
Enter an Order Prefix.
(Optional) Set the Default Order Currency.
(Optional) Set the Only Import Countries in Selected Shipping Zone.
Click Add

Get Stores
The Get Stores feature in the ShipStation connection enables you to view all your stores listed on ShipStation, making it easier to locate the Store / Storefront ID required for the connection:
Click Connect then Order Integrations.
Next, click ShipStation then click Get Stores against the connection you want to manage.
You will be presented with a JSON of text listing all your stores on ShipStation.
Get Warehouses
The Get Warehouses feature in the ShipStation connection enables you to view all your warehouses listed on ShipStation, making it easier to locate the Warehouse ID required for the connection:
Click Connect then Order Integrations.
Next, click ShipStation then click Get Warehouses against the connection you want to manage.
You will be presented with a JSON of text listing all your warehouses on ShipStation.
Get Carriers
The Get Carriers feature in the ShipStation connection allows you to view all your carriers (couriers) listed on ShipStation that are available for use with Mintsoft:
Click Connect then Order Integrations.
Next, click ShipStation then click Get Carriers against the connection you want to manage.
You will be presented with a JSON of text listing all your available carriers on ShipStation.
ShipStation FAQ
Orders from ShipStation are not importing
ShipStation calculates when to import orders from SquareSpace/clients website connections based on the frequency of orders. You may have to log in to ShipStation and refresh the connection if orders are not received daily.
Within ShipStation, click the Refresh button from the top right of the screen.
Then from the drop-down, click Update All Stores.
