Unable to UnQuarantine stock

Error can include

An Error Occurred when Updating Inventory Message: Unable to UnQuarantine stock as not enough could be found in the selected location!

The error shown above is caused by not entering the correct amount of stock to be booked in or out of the Quarantine location, or because you need to input the Best Before date when booking the stock. To check for the correct quantity of stock that is held for that item when on the Book Inventory screen:

  1. Click Warehouse then Book Inventory.

  2. Click the Inventory tab.

  3. Check the quantities under the In Quarantine column.

  4. Ensure Quantity field is equal or less than the In Quarantine amount.

To check for the correct Best Before date when on the Book Inventory screen:

  1. Click the Unallocated tab.

  2. Check the date under the BestBefore column.

  3. Ensure this is entered exactly in the Best Before Date field when booking stock.
