Log in with an Email Address
To log in to the Access Mintsoft app with an email address, follow the steps below:
Open the Access Mintsoft App.
Select your Region.
UK/ Rest of World.
Asia Pacific / Australia / NZ.
Select Sign In.
Enter your Email Address.
(Optional) Tick Remember this email address.
Select Next.
Enter your Password.
Select Sign In.
Log in with a Username
To log in to the Access Mintsoft app without an email address, follow the steps below:
Open the Access Mintsoft App.
Select your Region.
UK/ Rest of World.
Asia Pacific / Australia / NZ.
Select Sign In, then Sign in with a username.
Enter your Organisation Name.
Print this as a scannable barcode to streamline the process.
Select Next.
Enter your Username.
(Optional) Tick Remember this username.
Select Next.
Enter your Password.
Select Sign In.
Print your organisation name as a scannable barcode
To help streamline the logging-in process for users without an email address, you can print out a scannable barcode with your organisation name. Once you have your organisation name (Using the steps below) you can use a site like Tec-IT to generate a barcode and print it out.

Where to find your organisation name
Note: Only users with administrative permissions can view organisation settings within Access Evo.
A warehouse admin will be able to setup a friendly URL and share this with users who have been set up to log in with a username. If a member's lost their organisation name after it was initially communicated to them, an administrator can quickly look this up and share it by following these steps:
Log into Access Evo.
Click on your name at the top right-hand corner.
Click Organisation settings.
Click profile.
You'll be able to see the organisation's Name.
Note your organisation name and use it to log in.
