The Proactive Replenishment feature on the Access Mintsoft app allows you to carry out either a single or bulk replenishment. If your Pick Location runs out of stock or goes below the Replen Point, then a Proactive Replenishment will be generated.

Single Replenishment
To carry out a single replenishment on the Access Mintsoft app, please follow the steps below:
Within the Access Mintsoft app, select Proactive Replenishment.
Select Single Replenishment.
Scan or select the Product to replenish.
Scan or select the Location to replenish from.
Set the Quantity you want to replenish.
Current: This will show how much stock is currently in replen point.
Outstanding: This will show the difference in stock between Current and Size.
Size: This will show how much stock can fit in the replen point.
Finally, scan the Destination Location to complete the replenishment.
Bulk Replenishment
To carry out a bulk replenishment on the Access Mintsoft app, please follow the steps below:
Note: A Trolley location/ location type must be set up and used for bulk replenishment.
Within the Access Mintsoft app, select Proactive Replenishment.
Select Bulk Replenishment.
Scan or select the Product to replenish.
Scan or enter an empty Trolley Barcode.
Scan or select the Location to replenish from.
Set the Quantity you want to replenish.
Current: This will show how much stock is currently in replen point.
Trolley: This will show how much stock is currently held in the trolley.
Outstanding: This will show the difference in stock between Current and Size.
Size: This will show how much stock can fit in the replen point.
Select Add to Trolley.
A Trolley location/ location type must be set up and used for bulk replenishment.
Once the replen point for a product has been exceeded, you have two options:
Add Product: This will allow you to replenish another product into the existing trolley.
If Add Product is selected, please repeat Steps 3-8.
Begin Replenishment: This will progress the replenishment and allow you to scan the destination location.
If Begin Replenishment is selected, please continue below.
Scan the required Product Barcode.
This will be the order the products were added to the trolley.
Scan the required Quantity to Transfer.
Select Replenish then scan the Destination Location.
Repeat Steps 9-11 for all products in the trolley, then the replenishment will be complete.
Proactive Replenishment - Overview
Tabs
New: This tab will show any proactive replenishments which haven't yet been actioned.
In Progress: This tab will show any proactive replenishments which have been started but not yet completed (The replen point hasn't been exceeded yet).
Product Overview
Default Pick Location: This will show if the product has a default pick location set and the location needs replenishing.
Current: This will show how much stock is currently in replen point.
Replen Point: This will show the value that triggers the replenishment.
Size: This will show how much stock can fit in the replen point.
Days Since: This will show how many days have passed since the replenishment was triggered.
