To comply with its Valid Tracking Rate (VTR), Amazon requires two things. Firstly, you need to provide the correct tracking number (Which for Royal Mail is the Parcel ID stored above the 2d barcode on the label) secondly, they only expect certain carrier names, below is an example of some of the names they accept:

  • Amazon Shipping.

  • APC.

  • Aramex.

  • Arrow XL.

  • Asendia.

  • Australia Post.

  • BJS.

  • BPOST.

  • Canada Post.

  • Caribou.

  • City Link.

  • Couriers Please.

  • DB Schenker.

  • Deutsche Post.

  • DHL.

  • DPD.

  • DX.

  • Fastway.

  • FedEx.

  • The Delivery Group.

  • TNT.

  • Tuffnells.

  • UK MAIL.

  • UPS.

  • Whistl.

  • XDP.

  • XPO.

  • Yodel.

Valid carrier names can be provided via External Courier Service Names, please refer to our Spreadsheet for the full list of accepted couriers. When entering the External Courier Service Name, the Source will be AmazonSPAPI.

With ParcelHub you need to add the External Name that relates to the actual service for example:

  • (3PL Only) Client: ALL (Or a specific client).

  • Courier Service ID: YODEL - XPRESS 48 POD DIH.

  • Courier: ParcelHub.

  • Source: Order Integration used.

  • Name: Yodel.

    • This is the external name that will be used.

  • Extra Code 1: Xpress.

  • Extra Code 2: Not used.

Delivery Service

Along with the Courier that Amazon accepts, they also accept the specific Deliver Service for each courier. The Delivery Service can be added to Extra Code 1 of the External Courier Service Name.

Some of the accepted Delivery Services by couriers include:

  • Yodel.

    • International.

    • Offshore.

    • Xpect.

    • DX Secure.

    • Other.

For other couriers (carriers) accepted by Amazon, check your Amazon account for a list of valid delivery services that can be mapped within Mintsoft.
