f you are unable to create a shipment when using the Royal Mail service code MPR and you receive an error message (E1000 Description:Unable to generate Royal Mail Label. The Royal Mail Service MPR can only be used with the DDP INCOTERM.). This is because the DDP tag is missing.
To add the DDP tag, please follow the steps below:
Go to Shipping Management then click Extras.
Click Courier Service Codes.
Search for the Royal Mail service you are using.
Click Edit.
Add DDP into ExtraCode6.
Finally, click Update then try generating the shipment again.
