The Range Marketplace integration allows you to sync orders, stock levels, and dispatch information between The Range and your system.
Integration features
The integration provides three key features:
Order sync - Automatically imports unfulfilled orders from The Range into Mintsoft.
Stock sync - Keeps your inventory levels updated across both platforms.
Dispatch updates - Sends order status changes and tracking information back to The Range.

Set up your Range Marketplace account
Before you start, ensure you have your account credentials from https://marketplace.therange.co.uk.
Go to Connect then click Order Integrations.
Click Premium.
Click The Range Marketplace.
Click Create New.
Enter your marketplace credentials and account details.
Click Add.
Order import settings
The integration only imports orders that meet both criteria:
Order status is Unfulfilled in The Range.
Order has not been Acknowledged in The Range.
Orders that have already been acknowledged or fulfilled won't be imported to prevent duplicates.
Configure shipping options
The Range provides five standard delivery options. You'll need to map each delivery option you use to your corresponding shipping services.
Set up Courier Service Mapping for each Range delivery option.
