The Mintsoft error (Another operation is currently underway to Create a Batch) occurs when an attempt is made to create a batch while another process is already in progress.
This error can be caused by the following:
Someone else is currently creating a batch for the selected orders.
A batch has already been created for the order(s).
Multiple Mintsoft tabs are open in your web browser.
Your account is logged in on more than one computer.
Mintsoft is open in multiple browsers (e.g., logged into both Chrome and Firefox).
To resolve this issue, check for any ongoing batch creation processes, ensure you are not logged in on multiple devices or browsers, and verify that a batch has not already been created.
