1. Unfortunately we don't have a refund policy. nor do we have any control over your billing information hence once you start the 7-day trial and add your credit card info you authorize the payment to go out after 7 days unless canceled.
2. You put in your credit card info and start a free trial.
3. As per our terms, we do not issue refunds past the 7 days initial trial: https://minvo.pro/terms
4. If you cancel the subscription within those 7 days, your account won't be charged.
If you've followed the cancellation steps and your account is still being debited, there might be a technical issue. Here's what you can do:
