Minvo's terms specify that refunds can be issued up to 48 hours after a charge.

If you are unhappy with a charge and you want to cancel it and get a refund, please open a refund ticket. As long as the ticket is opened within 48 hours after your card was charged, our support team will issue the refund. Once the refund is issued, it takes 7-10 business days to go back on your card.

Please note that if you request a refund, you will no longer be able to use Minvo.
If you cancel without requesting a refund, you can use Minvo till the end of the billing term.

Note for AppSumo Users:
Minvo cannot refund your original AppSumo purchase; rather, you have to request a refund from your AppSumo portal.
If you purchase a tier or Pro+ upgrade straight from Minvo, you will have 48 hours to request a refund and cancel the upgrade.
