If you're seeing a logo not loading properly or experiencing issues when uploading/pasting an image URL in the Brand Image section, here’s how to troubleshoot it effectively.

What’s Working (No Error)

The image undergoes a verification process to meet the requirements. After you upload it, please wait a few seconds until you see it displayed like this.

As seen in the image:

  • Brand Image #1 is correctly displaying the logo.

  • A valid image URL or a successful upload has been used.

  • This means Minvo recognized the file or link format and inserted it without issue.

Common Logo Image Errors in Minvo

If you encounter an error, you won't be able to export the video because the logo image is part of its validation.

1. Image Not Displaying or Broken Link

  • The logo doesn’t show up after pasting a URL.

2. Upload Fails or Doesn’t Appear

  • Nothing happens when you click "Upload," or the image appears blank.

🔧 Troubleshooting Steps

Step 1: Check Image URL Format

  • Ensure the pasted URL directly links to an image file (e.g., ends in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif).
    ✅ Good: https://example.com/logo.png
    ❌ Bad: https://stream.m or https://example.com/page?id=123

🔎 Tip: Try pasting the image URL in a new browser tab. If it doesn’t load as an image, Minvo won’t accept it.

Step 2: Use the Upload Option Instead

  • Click the Upload button and choose a logo from your device.

  • Supported file formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF

Step 3: Check Image File Size and Format

  • Ensure the file is under 5MB and in a supported format.

  • Transparent PNG files are recommended for logos.

Step 4: Clear Cache or Refresh

  • Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows / Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).

  • Try removing and re-adding the image.

🛠️ Still Not Working?

Additional Checks:

  • Ensure you're not behind a firewall that blocks CDN/image links.

  • Try uploading from another browser (Chrome is recommended).

  • Rename your image file (remove special characters) and re-upload.
