Troubleshooting Connection Issues
Minvo follows the connection requirements set by each platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). If you’re experiencing issues, here’s what to check:
1. Verify Your Account Permissions
Ensure you have the correct admin or editor role for the account you’re trying to connect.
If connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account, check that they are properly linked in Meta Business Suite.
2. Review Platform Settings
Some security settings or two-factor authentication (2FA) may interfere with the connection.
Check if any restrictions in your account settings may be blocking Minvo.
3. Disconnect & Reconnect
Try removing Minvo’s access from your social platform’s settings, and then reconnecting it.
Ensure you're using the correct login credentials.
