Troubleshooting Connection Issues

Minvo follows the connection requirements set by each platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). If you’re experiencing issues, here’s what to check:

1. Verify Your Account Permissions

  • Ensure you have the correct admin or editor role for the account you’re trying to connect.

  • If connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account, check that they are properly linked in Meta Business Suite.

2. Review Platform Settings

  • Some security settings or two-factor authentication (2FA) may interfere with the connection.

  • Check if any restrictions in your account settings may be blocking Minvo.

3. Disconnect & Reconnect

  • Try removing Minvo’s access from your social platform’s settings, and then reconnecting it.

  • Ensure you're using the correct login credentials.

🚨 Important Note:
Minvo does not control these settings—any restrictions or failed connections are determined by the social media platform. Users must double-check their settings on the respective platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
