Adding sound effects can significantly enhance the engagement of your videos. In this post, I'll guide you through the process of adding sound effects to your videos using Minvo's new feature.
Open Your Video in Minvo
Start by opening the video you want to edit in Minvo.
Locate the timeline at the bottom of the screen.
Right-Click on the Timeline
Right-click on the timeline where you want to add a sound effect.
A menu will appear with several options: Insert Sound, Insert Text, Emoji, Media, or B-roll.
Select 'Insert Sound'
Click on the 'Insert Sound' option.
You'll see a variety of sound effects to choose from, you can search for sound effects, or you can upload your own.
Choose Your Sound Effect
For instance, to grab the viewer's attention at the start of the video, select a 'pop' sound.
Add the selected sound to the timeline.
Adjust the Sound Effect
Play the video to check the sound level.
If the sound effect is too quiet, increase the volume.
Change the Sound Effect if Needed
If you prefer a different sound, choose another from the list, such as 'pop 2', and replace the initial sound effect.
Add Transition Sounds
To enhance transitions between scenes, add a sound effect like a 'swoosh'.
Right-click on the timeline, select 'Insert Sound', and choose a transition sound.
Review and Finalize
Play the video from the start to ensure the sound effects are in sync and at the desired volume.
Make any final adjustments to perfect the audio experience.
