If you’ve forgotten your Minvo password or need to reset it, follow these steps to regain access to your account.
Steps to Reset Your Password
Log Out of Minvo
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the Minvo dashboard.
Select Log Out from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Login Page
After logging out, return to the Minvo login page.
Select "Forgot Password"
Click on the "Forgot Password" option below the log in fields.
Enter Your Email
Input the email address associated with your Minvo account.
Click Submit or Reset Password (depending on the interface).
Check Your Email
Minvo will send a password reset link to your email.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Reset Your Password
Click on the link in the email.
Enter a new password and confirm it.
Click Save or Reset Password to finalize the change.
Log Back In
Return to Minvo and log in using your new password.
Additional Tips
If you don’t receive the password reset email, ensure that you entered the correct email address and check your Spam/Junk folder as well.
Try resending the reset request after a few minutes.
