How can I upgrade or cancel my le Chat’s subscription?

You can manage your le Chat subscription, whether you wish to cancel it or upgrade it to a higher plan, directly from the Admin Console. This guide covers the process and related policies.

How to cancel your le chat subscription

You may cancel your le Chat subscription at any time, regardless of your date of subscription.

1. Go to the Admin Console

From le Chat interface, first click on your Organization name to open the action menu (1) then click on the Settings option (2) or open the Admin Console directly.

2. Unsubscribe from le Chat

Click the Unsubscribe button, which is located at the bottom of the page under the Downgrade section.

3. Your subscription is canceled

That's it! Your subscription is now canceled. You will receive a confirmation message on the screen, along with an email confirming your cancellation.

🔑 If ever you change your mind, you can always resubscribe before the end of your billing period by clicking the Resume subscription button (1) then confirm your choice (2). You will be billed next month as if you had never canceled your subscription.

You will retain full access to your current subscription's features until the end of the billing period. After that, your organization’s subscription will be fully discontinued and will switch to the free plan.

🚨 Important: Canceling your le Chat subscription and your la Plateforme subscription are two separate actions. To cancel la Plateforme, you must unsubscribe from it directly from la Plateforme section in the Admin Console

🔑 Please note that when you cancel a subscription, you are cancelling it for your entire Organization, not for an individual Workspace. For more details on this distinction, please read our article: What is the difference between an Organization and a Workspace?

Refund policy

Once canceled, your organization will automatically switch to the free plan at the end of the current billing cycle.

You are eligible for a refund only if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase. This is considered the withdrawal or trial period. To request a refund within this window, please contact our support team.

🔑 No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after this initial 14-day window.

How to delete your account

Once your subscription has fully ended and is no longer active, you can then proceed to delete your account if you wish.

How to upgrade your le chat subscription

If you wish to upgrade your le Chat subscription, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Admin Console

From le Chat interface, first click on your Organization name to open the action menu (1) then click on the Settings option (2) or open the Admin Console directly.

2. Compare the plans and upgrade your subscription

Click the Compare plans button, which is located at the bottom of the page under the Upgrade section.

This will open the plans comparison page, where you can select the plan that best suits your needs between our offerings (🔎 check out our dedicated plans comparison article to help you in your choice).

Click on the Compare plans button

You will be redirected to the payment page to complete your subscription upgrade. That's it, you can now enjoy all the benefits of your new plan!

🔑 When you upgrade your subscription, you'll be billed only for the days remaining in the current month. For instance, if you upgrade halfway through the month, you'll pay about half the usual cost of your new plan for those remaining days. Starting the next month, you'll be charged the full amount.
