The sound from the metronome is bleeding into my recording

If you hear the metronome in your video please check how you are recording your video. When recording with headphones, if you are wearing them on only one ear, make sure the second speaker is not hanging close to the microphone since it will pick up the sound of the metronome. 

You can also control the volume of the metronome using the input/output menu in the images below.  Press the blue input icon circled in blue in the recording menu:

Adjust the volume of the metronome using the slider control circled below in blue. You can also control the output of the left and right headphone speakers using the "Audio Output" "Split Right" or "Split Left" options below that volume slider to force the metronome to only play on the side that does not contain the mic:
