To adjust the volume after recording or a collaboration project you imported, select the volume button on the menu bar in the create screen:

You can adjust the volume for each frame individually.  Tap the frame you want to modify and it will be highlighted in red.  Use the slider control beneath the video to adjust the volume (see screenshot).  Repeat these steps for each frame.

You can also adjust other settings like panning using the other sliders provided. To hear sound from only the selected grid, tap the blue speaker icon on the upper right (underneath the video) marked by the "Mute other clips" tool tip so you can hear only that grid during adjustment. Tap the same button again to hear all the other clips mixed in again to hear the recording in full
