If you can hear your audio playing but your videos seem as if they are frozen your device may be in an unstable state for recording. First close the app by swiping up on it from the control center, if you need instructions how, follow this link Force Close An App. Then turn your device off and then turn it on. Reopen the app and re-share your video.
