I cannot connect to iTunes to make a purchase or restore purchase

If you are having issues connecting to iTunes, please try this...

  • Go into the Apple settings app,

  • Click on iTunes & App Store

  • Click on Apple ID - Log out

  • Open the app, try to purchase again. This should prompt you to log in with your Apple ID.
