Are you trying to send your video from Acapella via email but you are not able to do to the grey arrow?
If so, please confirm you have Apple's Mail App and that you are signed into your email account on your device before sending your video.
If you have Apple's Mail app and you are signed in, then please check if your email is set up on your device?
You can check by:
Open the Apple Settings app on your device
Tap on Password & Accounts
Under account, set up email here
If you are running iOS 13 on your device, you will need to also do the following:
Exit Password & Accounts
Tap on Mail
Look for Composing section
Ensure default account has an email associate to it
