With Moast, you can easily bring in content from Instagram to use in your shoppable video galleries and carousels. This allows you to showcase authentic posts from your account, your customers, or creators who mention your brand.
Step 1: Go to the Media Library
In your Moast admin, go to the Media section.
Click the “Add media” button.
In the dropdown, select “Import from Instagram”
Step 2: Choose Your Import Method
There are 4 ways to import content from Instagram:
Instagram Handle URL: Paste your public Instagram profile URL to pull your latest posts at once. You can choose how many posts to import — up to 48 at a time.
Reel URL: Paste the URL of a specific Instagram Reel to import that exact post.
Import by Profile Mentions: Upload content that others have tagged your Instagram profile with. This helps you find posts from creators and customers who are posting about your brand.
Import by Hashtag: Enter a hashtag and Moast will import posts that include it. This is a great way to find posts from customers who mention your brand’s hashtag.
Import Settings
When importing content, you have a few options to customize what comes into your Media Library:
You can import only videos if you prefer — this way, you can skip images when bringing in a bunch of posts.
Choose the number of posts to import per sync — up to 48 posts at a time. Just note that larger imports may take a bit longer to process.
Step 3: Save
Click 'Save', and your Instagram posts will be added to your media library.
📌 Note: Importing multiple posts can take some time. Using a handle URL, profile mentions, or hashtags will bring in all posts, and you can delete any you don’t want before adding them to your Moast library.
To delete a post before it's uploaded, simply hover over the thumbnail and click the "X". This will remove the video from your import list before it's added to your media library.
