Customizing the order of videos in your Moast feeds gives you full control over which content appears first, whether you're managing a general content feed or a product feed. Follow the steps below to reorder your videos in a way that best fits your strategy.
1. Open Your Feed
Go to the Feed section in the Moast app.
Under General or Products, select the feed you want to rearrange.
2. Choose Your Sort Order
In the Media section of your feed, you’ll see a dropdown that lets you choose how your feed is sorted.
You can choose from these sort options:
Manually: Drag and drop your videos into the exact order you want. Hover over any video to show the handle icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
Click, hold, and drag to reorder your videos.
Newest: Automatically sorts your feed with the newest videos first.
Oldest: Sorts your feed starting with your oldest videos.
Smart (Recommended): Smart Feeds uses AI to automatically sort your videos based on performance indicators such as engagement, clicks, and conversions.
This ensures the highest-performing content appears first, helping you show the right video to the right shopper at the right time.
Smart sorting can be used on all feed types, including product feeds, making it great for optimizing conversions without lifting a finger.
