If you’re on the Shopify Basic plan, Shopify limits your store to 250 videos in total.
Moast saves the videos you import directly into your Shopify Files, which means those videos count toward your 250-video limit.
If you reach this limit, Moast won’t be able to import new videos until there’s space available. To continue importing, you’ll need to delete older or unused videos from your Shopify Files.
ℹ️ Tip: You can check your video storage by going to Shopify Admin → Content → Files.
Things to Note:
This limit is set by Shopify, not Moast.
Higher Shopify plans offer larger file storage limits.
Regularly review and remove unused videos to keep space available.
If you’re consistently hitting the limit, consider upgrading your Shopify plan for more storage.
