If a video is missing from your Moast app, it may have been deleted from Shopify Files.
Moast stores and hosts all videos directly in your Shopify Files. Because of this, if you delete a video from Shopify (outside of the Moast app), that file is permanently removed and Moast can no longer display it.
This can sometimes cause confusion if you delete a file in Shopify and later return to Moast expecting the video to still be there.
Things to Know
Deleting media from Shopify Files will also delete it from Moast
This applies even if the video was originally imported or uploaded through Moast
Once a file is deleted from Shopify Files, it cannot be recovered in Moast
