Want to turn off your incentive? No problem!

Just head to Incentives & the view your 'Active incentive' in the top section. On the righthand side you'll see a 'Deactivate' button, which you can use to disable the incentive.

When you have no active incentive, customers will not be rewarded for creating a profile and we will not mention an incentive in the profile request emails sent to customers.

Note: Your deactivated incentives will remain in the 'Inactive incentives' list until you delete them in the Shopify Discounts section.
