Custom questions help gather detailed feedback from customers. Once you create them in your Moast admin, they become part of the profile creation experience. The responses are displayed dynamically in the Moast widget, helping new customers make quicker purchasing decisions.
There is currently only one type of custom question: written answer. This allows customers to write their own responses.
How to create Custom questions
To get started, head to the Custom questions section of the Moast Admin > click 'New Question'.
Start by writing the question you want to ask your customers when they create a profile.
Next, you'll want to set a Display name (this will show in the Moast widget on your product page and anywhere you place the widget).
Then you'll want to set a Placeholder response that will be displayed during the profile creation form when a customer answer's your question (this is useful to guide the customer in answering the question).

Once a question is added, we automatically start including it in forms & widgets.
Things to Know:
Custom Questions added after profiles have been collected will not be displayed on those profiles.
Only new profiles collected after the Custom Question is created will include the question and response.
Custom questions on profiles in the Moast Admin that show "No answer" means that the profile was created before you added the Custom Question.
