A one-time campaign is an excellent way to start collecting content, especially if you haven't asked past customers for it yet.
You can find the One-time campaign in the Email automations section of the Moast Admin.
Clicking on the pencil icon will take you to the campaign builder.
Configuring the campaign
From here, you can configure the settings of the campaign to ensure it is set up the way you want it to be.
Determine active dates:
Select the date range for your campaign. Moast will target customers who placed orders within this range, asking them to create a profile and upload content for their purchased products.
Select email timing:
Set the number of days Moast will wait before sending the email. We recommend setting it to 0 for immediate email sending.
Choose email to send:
Based on your incentive status, Moast will determine which email to send (more on that here).
Send a reminder:
Choose to resend the initial email if the customer does not create a profile.
Include previous campaign recipients:
If a customer has already received an email from another campaign, you can choose to include them again by selecting the appropriate checkbox.
Launch campaign:
When you click Launch campaign, we'll double check that you want this to be sent. Campaigns cannot be cancelled after they've been sent and in most cases, customers will receive the review request almost immediately after you run it, so you'll want to make sure that everything is setup properly.
Which customers are excluded from campaigns
If you select the checkbox to invite customers even if they have already received an email for the order, Moast will include them in the campaign. Otherwise, customers who have already created profiles for the products they own, those who received a profile request during the selected time period, and any orders for products on your blocked list will be excluded from the campaign.

You can click the "Campaign history" tab to see the campaigns that have been completed.
