Downloading your customers' content is a great way to repurpose it for social media and other marketing efforts. Moast makes it easy to access and download content directly from customer profiles. Here’s how:
Go to the Profiles section in the Moast admin.
Find the customer whose media you want to download.
In their profile's media section, click on the file you want to download.
Once the file opens, click the download button at the bottom right.
The media will be downloaded to your device.
