Guidelines for Antivirus Campaigns
This document outlines the guidelines regarding restrictions for antivirus campaigns. For restrictions applicable to Mobidea and other verticals, please refer to this link.
IMPORTANT: Campaigns involving Mobidea+ must grant visibility of the landing page.
1. Restricted Creatives
Brand Logos: The use of official brand logos or brand references is strictly prohibited.
Images resembling brand logos, even with altered colors, are not allowed.
Creatives must avoid prohibited words, detailed in point 3 below.
Campaigns cannot imply that promoted offers are endorsed by the brand.
Avoid using alerts or warnings in numerical form suggesting virus presence.
Simulated buttons within creatives are not permitted.
Alternative icons are recommended (refer to the provided image).
2. Prohibited Content
Text resembling system or site warnings is prohibited.
Fraudulent technical support messages are not allowed.
Phishing messages related to payments for installation or downloads are restricted.
3. Prohibited Words: Attention-Grabbing Claims
While suggesting actions such as cleaning the computer or proceeding to payment is acceptable, affirming or claiming virus presence or other prohibited terms is not allowed.
Prohibited words include: [list of words provided]
These words cannot be used in titles or creatives.

Examples:
Prohibited: "You have been hacked."
Acceptable: "You might need to check your computer."
Additional Examples:

"Scan your computer now."
Image Quality:
Images must maintain high quality and should not contain misleading or empty content.
