Why aren’t my transactions updating?
Transactions can be expected to update anywhere from minutes to a couple of days, depending on the banking institution. This is due to the bank's process on how often they update information, and is usually outside of WizeFi's abilities to change.
However, if your account has not updated transactions after a couple of days, you can first try the troubleshooting steps listed on the ‘Troubleshooting Account Sync Issues’ page. If these do not work, please reach out to the support team within the app or at support@wizefi.com, and we can help find a solution.
