Why can’t I log in to the mobile app with my website credentials?
The WizeFi free budgeting app is not the same product as the Legacy web app. The web app is a paid product which contains more robust planning tools such as advanced reporting, what-if scenario planning, and connecting with a financial coach. The free budgeting app is a stand alone product, which means your web account is not tied to the mobile app.
If you've already created an account for the web app, you will need to create a new account in the free mobile app. Simply download the WizeFi mobile app in your app store and create a new account. Note, this account won't be tied to your web app account.
At this time, there isn't a desktop version of the free mobile app. While we do plan on building it in the future, we don't have an exact timeline yet.
