How do I know if I'm on the latest version of the mobile app?

If you are experiencing bugs or glitches, make sure your app is up-to-date with the latest version.

  1. Click on the sandwich in the upper left corner of the mobile WizeFi app.

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click Account

  4. Look at the Update Status to see if there is an update available.

5. If you see 'Update available', click the green 'Download Update' button.

6. You will now see a light green button that says 'Restart to Apply Update. Click this button.

7. Your app will restart and should now be up to date.

8. If you see 'Up to date' in the Update status, your app is up to date with the latest version.
