Most tabs on the Admin Dashboard contain an "export" button that will provide you with a CSV file of the data on that particular screen. The two most common reports that you will run as an admin are going to be user exports and service log exports.

There is also an "Infographics" tab that can be used to pull CSV or infographic reports, which are great resources for newsletters, bulletin boards, etc.
