Conveyor AI can suggest relevant ICD-10-CM and CPT codes within your generated encounter notes. By enabling these sections in your Encounter Templates, suggested codes appear directly in the note for your review.
Please note: if your template currently includes a Diagnosis section, you’ll need to remove it in order to use the new billing code sections.
Tap the settings icon in the bottom right of the app.
Scroll to Encounters and tap Encounter Templates.
Choose an existing template to edit or create a new template.
Tap below the last section in the template to place the cursor.
Tap the section icon on the keyboard in the upper left.
Scroll down to Billing and tap each section to add the code sections.
Tap Done to save the template change.
Tap the options icon next to each code section to customize its appearance.

What Happens Next
Once these sections are added to your Encounter Template, Conveyor AI will automatically suggest relevant ICD-10-CM and CPT codes when an encounter note is generated.
Note: ICD-10-CM and CPT sections may take slightly longer to load than other sections.
You remain fully in control and can review, edit, or remove any suggested codes before finalizing the note.
This setup only needs to be done once per template and can be adjusted at any time.
