Reviewing and Managing Suggested Diagnosis and CPT Codes
When an Encounter note is generated, Conveyor AI automatically populates the
Diagnosis (ICD-10-CM) and CPT sections with suggested codes based on the visit.
These suggestions are designed to support your documentation workflow, not replace clinical judgment.
Understanding Code Indicators
Each code includes visual indicators to help you quickly assess its status:
Green bar — The code is billable
Red bar — The code is non-billable
Gold star — The code was suggested by AI
These indicators make it easy to distinguish AI-suggested codes from those entered manually and to identify which codes are eligible for billing at a glance.
Editing the Code List
You’re always in control of the final codes included in an Encounter note. During review, you can add or remove codes to align with your practice’s standards.
To manage codes:
Tap the Diagnosis or CPT section heading within the note.
Use the search bar to find and insert specific codes. and search by code number or keyword
To remove a code, swipe left on the entry and tap Delete.
Final Review
All suggested codes should be reviewed before finalizing the note. You can keep, modify, or remove any code as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance.
