Voice Commands allow you to navigate, edit, and format text using your voice while dictating with Conveyor. Commands are automatically enabled and can be used anytime during dictation.
To use a Voice Command, simply speak the command while dictating.

Mastering the following commands can make dictation a truly hands-free experience.
Navigation
Use navigation commands to move through text fields and templates without touching your keyboard.
Go to Beginning – Moves the cursor to the beginning of the current text field.
Go to End – Moves the cursor to the end of the current text field.
Next Field – Moves the cursor to the next available text field.
Previous Field – Moves the cursor to the previous text field.
Press Tab Key – Sends a Tab keystroke, which may move the cursor to the next field depending on your EHR.
Support for the Next Field, Previous Field, and Press Tab Key commands depends on how your EHR handles keyboard navigation.
Selection
Voice Commands can select text for editing without using a keyboard or mouse.
Select Previous Word – Selects the word immediately before the cursor.
Select Next Word – Selects the word immediately after the cursor.
Select Remaining Text – Selects all text between the cursor and the end of the current text field.
Select All – Selects all text in the current text field.
Select [phrase] – Selects a specific phrase (up to four words) if it exists in the current text field.
Select [x] to [y] – Selects all text between the specified words, including those words.
For example, saying "Select headache to nausea" selects all text between those words, including the words themselves.
To clear a selection, say:
Deselect That

Correction
Correct mistakes quickly using Voice Commands.
Scratch That – Deletes the most recently dictated phrase.
Undo That – Reverses the previous command.
Redo That – Repeats the most recently undone command.
Delete That – Deletes selected text.
Delete – Deletes selected text or removes a single character if no text is selected.
Delete Remaining Text – Deletes all text between the cursor and the end of the current text field.
Start Fresh – Resets the grammar engine as if you were starting a brand-new dictation.
Formatting
Control spacing and capitalization while dictating.
New Line – Inserts a line break.
New Paragraph – Starts a new paragraph.
Caps – Capitalizes the next letter.
Caps On – Capitalizes the first letter of upcoming words until Caps Off is spoken.
Caps Off – Returns to normal capitalization.
All Caps – Capitalizes all letters of the next word.
All Caps On – Capitalizes all letters of upcoming words until All Caps Off is spoken.
All Caps Off – Returns to normal capitalization.
