What are Colleague Templates?

Colleague templates are a collection of templates available for all users in a Practice Group to access and use if your colleague has enabled template sharing.

Important Note:

Users will only see Colleague Templates after adding them to their Colleague Template Library (steps listed below).

To access a colleague's template, the colleague must have enabled sharing in their preferences and be a part of your Practice/Enterprise Account.

This feature is only available after updating to Mobius Conveyor, Version 2.1.1, from the Apple App Store. Tap here with your iPhone to ensure the app is up to date!

How to Enable Colleague Template Sharing:

  1. Go to Settings by tapping the gear icon in the bottom right corner.

  2. Under “Account,” tap on “Your Practice”.

  3. Tap on your Practice Group name.

  4. To allow your colleagues to access your personal templates, toggle “Colleague Template Sharing” to the “on” position under Preferences.

Once you have completed these steps, your personal templates will be accessible to your colleagues who are part of your Practice/Enterprise account.

How to Access Your Colleague's Templates:

  1. Go to Settings by tapping the gear icon in the bottom right corner.

  2. Scroll to Speech tools and tap “Template Library”.

  3. Under the search bar, there are three columns of Template Libraries you can choose from (Personal, Practice, and Colleague).

  4. Choose the "Colleague" column.

  5. Tap “Add a template”.

  6. Tap the Colleauge you want to access.

  7. Toggle the “Subscribe to all Templates” to the on or off position or select individual templates by moving the toggle switch to the “on” position.

Please note, when you add a Colleague Template to your Library, any tags that the Colleague applied will not be used in your Template Library.

At this point, we recommend adding a tag to the newly added Colleague Templates to help make them more accessible. To do this, tap on each template, and then add a tag from the bottom.

By following these steps, you can access and use the Colleague Templates, but they will be read-only.

If you want to edit a Colleague Template, copy it to your Personal Template Library. (steps outlined below).

How to copy a Colleague Template to your Personal Template Library:

  1. Go to Settings by tapping the gear icon in the bottom right corner.

  2. Scroll to "Speech tools" and tap on "Template Library".

  3. Use the toggle to switch to "Colleague Templates" and select the template you want to copy.

  4. Tap on the template to open it, then tap the three dots in the upper right corner.

  5. From the options that appear, select "Copy to Personal Library".

After following these steps, the template has been added to your Personal Template Library, where you can edit the template.

To remove Colleague Templates from your Colleague Template Library:

  1. Go to Settings by tapping the gear icon in the bottom right corner.

  2. Scroll down to find "Speech tools" and tap on "Template Library".

  3. Under the search bar, there are three columns of Template Libraries you can choose from (Personal, Practice, and Colleague).

  4. Tap on “Colleauge Templates.”

  5. Swipe left on the Colleague Template you want to remove and tap "Remove".

Removing a Colleague Template from your library does not delete the template for the entire practice. It only removes it from your list of available templates.

FAQ:

Can I edit a Colleague Template?

By default, Colleague Templates are set to 'Read Only,' which means you cannot edit them directly. However, you can create a copy of these templates and save them in your Personal Template Library, where you can make changes as needed.

I can’t see my Colleague Templates. What do I do?
