"The installation failed." Error Message for Conveyor QR on MacOS

How to address this specific error message: "The intstaller encountered an error that caused the installation to fail..."

On your Mac computer, you may see the following error message while attempting to install Mobius Conveyor QR:

This can happen if at some point, a user is prompted to allow applications to be installed from the "Downloads" folder, and they click the option to not allow.
โ€‹
To remedy this, you will need to move the downloaded file called "Mobius Conveyor QR Setup.pkg" from your Downloads folder to a different local folder on your computer, such as your "Desktop" or "Documents" folder. (This can be done by copying and pasting the file or by dragging the file to the new location.)

After relocating the installer file, open it, and you should be able to complete the installation.
