Preparing to Implement Stock Control

Supplier Information:

You will need a list of all the suppliers that you purchase stock from and their contact details.

Stock Order Case Sizes:

Much of your stock will be ordered in a different unit to how it is sold. For example, draft beer is ordered in barels and sold in pints or half pints, spirits are ordered in bottles and sold in 25ml or 50ml measures. Cans of soft drinks may be ordered in packs of 24 but sold in single units.

You will need a list of all the case sizes and how many selling units each different case size represents.
