What to do if you're about to start a ride
If you notice:
Loose handlebars
Faulty brakes
Damage to wheels
Light not functioning
Broken lock
Strange noises
Do not start the ride.
Instead:
Take a photo of the issue
Tap Report Bike in the app
Scan the QR code if needed
Leave the bike parked safely
If you discovered damage during a ride
End the ride in the nearest safe, legal location
Take a photo of the damage
Report via the app or contact support
If the bike is dangerous or blocking the path
Please message support with:

A brief description
Photo
Our operations team will collect or repair it as soon as possible.
