Once you've ordered your MoCaFi Prepaid Mastercard through the MoCaFi app, you will receive the card in the mail within 7 - 10 business days. The card envelope contains clear instructions on how to activate your card.
If it has been more than 10 days since you ordered the card, and you have not received the card envelope, please call us at the number below. You can also or let us know via the support tab in the app.
