Why is my Card declined when buying online if I have enough money for the purchase?

Make sure your payment address you submit to your online merchant matches the address you used to apply for your MoCaFi card.

Make sure the payment address you provided the merchant is the same as the address we have on file for your card. If you need to update your address, please snd an email to support@mocafi.com or call 800-342-7374.
