In order to build an itinerary, you must first create a trip. You just need to fill in some basic information:

  • Title: personalise it with the client's name for example.

  • Type of trip: simple, group or MICE.

  • Photo: you can use any photo from the internal gallery, upload one of your own or paste the URL of the image you are interested in.

  • Duration and dates: these are optional fields, but bear in mind that if you fill them in you will be able to auto-generate the days of the itinerary.

  • Countries to be visited.

Once you fill in these details you will go to the next section to add a description (optional) and the services included. Premium plans have the MOGU Robot to assist you in writing the proposal, for example with destination introductions or practical information sheets.

The next step is to create the itinerary of the trip. In the following video summary we tell you how to create the days of an itinerary, how to use the automatic search engine and how to recycle the content. You will become an expert! And the best thing is, you don't need a thousand hours of training or to be a computer scientist. Let's get started:

Itineraries are the basis of the tool, as with MOGU you can create them in a simple and quick way to offer your clients very attractive proposals. Itineraries are made up of blocks, which are normally days, and within each day you can add different services: accommodation, flights, transfers, activities, etc. Here are some examples:

As we said, it will take you very little time to create them. One of MOGU's strong points is that we have content auto-uploading tools, which will speed up the composition of your proposals. For example, when adding information about hotels, activities, restaurants, etc., you can take advantage of our establishment search engine integrated with Google to automatically load the information. It will never happen to you that you want to look for an establishment and it is not there, because as we are connected to Google we have all the information and not only that, but it is always updated.

If you sell a lot of tickets, we recommend the Premium plan as it includes the flight search engine to load all the information without any effort. With the ID you can already have in your proposal data such as: airline, departure time, arrival time, airports, duration, etc. This plan also includes the MOGU Robot, which you can ask what you want and will help you in writing the content. For example, with an "Introduction to a city", the best things to see in "X" cities, the recommended vaccinations for "X" destination.

Creating a specific itinerary in MOGU is quick and easy, your trip will be spectacular!

⚠️ Premium functionality ⚠️

When you have already created several trips, remember that you have the option to share catalogues (trip groupings) with your customers.
