Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
We have updated our authentication system to enhance security and keep it up to date. After logging in, you will be prompted to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA). You can also do this later via Profile → Authentication. Here, you can also connect your Microsoft or Google account. Once your Microsoft account is connected, you will be able to log in with Microsoft, and your calendars will sync automatically. To enable MFA, click Activate and enter the code from the Google or Microsoft Authenticator app. Once the setup is complete, you will receive a set of backup codes—make sure to save them. These codes can be used if you lose access to your authenticator app. Please read more about how it works by clicking on the "MFA guide".
View All Signed-In Devices:
At the bottom of your Profile page, you’ll find the option to view all devices currently signed in to your account. This includes active sessions from your mobile, other browser tabs, or different computers. Clicking Sign out next to any session will log you out from that specific session only.
New Login Alert:
You will now receive an email notification if your account is accessed from a new IP address.
Fixes:
Global search: it is now possible to search for candidates by full name.
Global search: you can now search for candidates using a partial match of their phone number.
The 404 error caused by an incorrect page has been fixed.
"Re-send inviation" and "Invite users to connect" options for manual applications should work well now.
