Set up the Interview questions kit

Set up interview questions, register candidate answers, and link responses to attributes for streamlined evaluation

The Interview Questions Kit app helps you prepare for interviews by allowing you to set up a list of questions and easily record answers either during the interview or immediately afterward.

Adding the Interview Questions Kit

  1. Open the process status where you want to add the Interview Questions Kit. We recommend adding it to the same process status as the Meeting Scheduling app for convenience.

  2. Click the “+” button and select Interview Questions Kit.

  3. Add questions of any type, following the same process as adding Screening Questions. [Read more about adding questions here.]

Activating and Using the App

  1. Once all questions are added, click Submit Changes at the top right of the job to activate them.

  2. Move the candidate to the status containing the Interview Questions Kit. The interview questions kit app will appear on the left side of the candidate profile page in the Interaction section. Click the "Down" arrow to export the list of questions along with the answers as a PDF.

    • Note: The question list is visible only to business users; candidates will not see it.

  3. Open the questions and fill out answers. Answers can be updated at any time. The list of questions with answers will be available below the Interview questions section.

Important

If a question is linked to an attribute, submitting an answer will automatically update the corresponding attribute in the candidate’s profile.
