Set up the Talent Pool process

Learn how to configure the Talent Pool process, customize workflow stages, and add apps to support candidate evaluation.

Written by Tetiana

Open the Talent Pool you want to configure and click Manage Pool.

In the Talent Pool editor, the Process section on the right provides an overview of the current workflow. It displays the process stages together with the apps configured for the In Review status and any other active statuses, excluding Declined and Offboarding. Click Set Up the Process to open the full process configuration.

Configure Process Stages

Each Talent Pool includes the following default process statuses:

  • In Review

  • Qualified

  • Declined

  • Offboarding

These default statuses cannot be renamed, reordered, or removed.

You can add additional custom statuses below In Review to reflect your recruitment workflow. Custom statuses can be renamed, reordered, or deleted at any time.

The process status names are for internal use only and are not visible to talents.

Configure Apps for Each Stage

Each process stage can be customized by adding apps that support the candidate evaluation process, such as:

  • Screening Questions

  • One-way Video Interview Questions

  • Automatic Messages

  • Interviews

  • Other process apps

These apps help standardize the evaluation process, automate communication, and ensure your team has the right tools available at every stage of the candidate journey.

Consistent Process Across Modules

The Talent Pool process is configured in the same way as the recruitment process. This provides a consistent workflow across both Recruitment and Talent Pool management.

If you're unfamiliar with configuring process statuses or adding apps, see the related recruitment articles for detailed instructions.
