Getting started on web

Here’s a quick guide to help you build a strong profile and get the job using our web app.

Find the job


You can find all open job listings here https://jobs.mojob.io/. Search for a job using different filters - location, category, employment type. Sort out jobs by location and due dates. Subscribe to new job oppportunities.

We also recommend you to download our app for Android or iPhone, where you can find the listing with all the jobs available at Mojob. Please read how to do it via mobile here.

Apply and register user, if you are not registed yet
Open the job ad link and hit the Apply button! Then:

  • Enter your email, or Continue with Facebook or Continue with Google.

  • Enter your password if you’re applying with an existing account. Note: If you don’t have an account yet, continue with your email or a social account. You’ll be prompted to create a password at the end of the application process.

  • Answer the questions set by the recruiter, which will appear at the top of the application form.

  • Next, you’ll have the option to upload your CV. You can choose Attach only to simply upload the file, or select Smart import to let our system automatically extract and fill in your information from your CV. The system will also auto-generate skills based on your CV, which you can review, update, or add to if needed.

    Notes:
    a) For best results, make sure your CV is well-structured so the system can interpret it accurately. Please review the imported information carefully and make any necessary edits.
    b) If you’re already registered, your personal details will be pre-filled on the application page, but you can still update them if needed.

  • Below the CV upload section, you’ll find additional fields such as birthdate, location, phone number, and more. Some fields are required, others are optional, and some may not appear at all depending on the job.

    Important: When applying for different jobs, the same fields might be optional for one job and required for another. This is defined by the recruitment team who created the job posting—they determine which fields are mandatory, optional, or not needed based on the job requirements.

  • Please make sure to select your location from the drop-down list.

  • Read and accept confidentiality agreement

  • When everything looks correct, submit your application.

  • After submitting, you’ll see a chat where you can communicate directly with the recruiterment or project team.

Follow the status of your application, update your Profile, change account Settings

  • At the top, you’ll see the menu panel, where you can easily access Job Openings, Company Notifications, Connections, your Profile page, and More Options.

  • Connections page: After applying, you’ll be redirected to the chat of your application. Here you can also view your connections with companies, your applications for those companies, and any projects you’re involved in. Your applications/projects may have different statuses — you can track their progress here. Clicking on the chat or project card opens and/or closes the chat on the right side. Check for updates, read messages from recruiters, chat with them, and upload attachments if needed. You may also be asked to complete additional steps, such as recording a video interview (learn how to do it here), answering follow-up questions, or selecting a date for an interview. We’ll keep you informed of any changes to your application status or new messages via email.

  • Profile page: Use this section to update your personal information. The details you enter here will be visible to the recruiter once you've applied for a job. If you update your profile information, the changes will be instantly reflected for the recruiters of the companies you’ve applied to.

  • More options: In the top-right corner of your Mojob account, you’ll see three dots (⋯) for more options. From there, you can access:

    Connections

    Profile

    Subscriptions

    Settings

    Support Chat

    Sign Out

  • Click Settings to:

    Change the app Language or Theme

    Access the Mojob Help Center and Privacy Policy

    Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) under the Security section

    Change password

    Sign out

    Delete your account
