Find the job
We have no listing of available jobs on web. So you'll have to find a job through social media or the website of the company you're applying for a job at. A Mojob listing looks something like this: 🔥
Apply and register user, if you are not registed yet
Open the job ad link (found on social media or website) and hit the Apply button! Then:
Enter your email, or Continue with Facebook or Continue with Google.
Create a password
Read and accept confidentiality agreement
On Edit Resume page you'll see that some fields are optional, others are required, some might be missing. Important: if you apply for different jobs, you might see that one and the same fields in one job are optional, but in other job they are required. This is defined by the recruiter of the company who posted a job. They may set fields as optional or required, or not needed.
Fill out Resume page manually or let our system automatically upload the data from your CV by using "Upload CV" option. Notes: a) your CV should be well-structured. Please carefully check the uploaded information from CV. You might need to make some adjustments, if CV is not well-structured; b) if you are a registered user already, you will see Resume page with your personal information already filled out. You can still update it here, if needed.
Verify phone number or skip it, if it is not a required field.
Please make sure that you select location from the drop-down list. Do not copy-paste it from other sources or manually enter address. You won't be able to go to the next page in such cases.
Once all the information is added on Edit Resume page, click Next button. Answer employer's questions on "Questions" page. Pro tip: Be creative, tell the employer something they don't already know about you!
When everything looks fine - send the application
Click "Go to my applications" to view it and further track its progress
Follow the status of your application, update your Profile, change account Settings
Applications page: after applying, you will be brought to your Mojob account where you can see your applications, profile, account settings. Your application might have different statuses. Track the progress of your application status there, check notifications, messages from a recruiter and chat with a recruiter, send attachments, if needed. You might be requested to record a video interview (learn how to do it here), or answer questions, or choose the date for an interview etc. Also we'll inform you about status change, or new messages via email.
Profile page: update information about yourself here. This information will be visible for a recruiter after you applied for a job.
Settings page: here you can set the language of your account, change the password, delete your account
NOTE: if you first want to register at Mojob and then search/apply for a job, please go to www.mojob.io and click on Job Seeker? option in the top right corner of the menu option. You'll see the login page. Enter your email address, then follow next steps and the system will lead you through a few easy steps of registration.
