Quick answer: Sign in to the same Apple Account or Google account you used to subscribe, then tap Profile > gear icon > Membership > Manage > Restore Purchase. If the subscription was bought with a different Apple Account, sign in to MOMDAY with Apple using that account first.
If you have an active subscription but the app shows a paywall or the free trial, restore your purchase.
Restore your purchase
Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you used to subscribe.
Tap Profile > gear icon > Membership > Manage.
Tap Restore Purchase.
Your plan appears under Active Plan once restored.
Subscribed with a different Apple Account?
Your subscription belongs to the Apple Account that bought it. If that account is not the one MOMDAY is signed in with (for example, an email ending in privaterelay.appleid.com or a different iCloud address), MOMDAY cannot find the subscription until you sign in with Apple.
Check the Apple Account on your phone: open Settings, tap your name at the top, and check the email under your name. It must be the Apple Account that bought the subscription.
In MOMDAY, tap Profile > gear icon > scroll to the bottom > Log Out.
Tap Get Started > Continue with Apple and complete the short questionnaire.
Tap Profile > gear icon > Manage under Membership > Restore Purchase.
Your plan appears under Active Plan. If it still does not show, contact us from Help & Support and tell us what the Membership screen says.
Still not showing?
Check that the subscription is active: iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
A subscription is tied to the Apple or Google account that bought it, not to your MOMDAY login. Sign in to that store account on your device, then tap Restore Purchase again.
