Quick answer: Sign in with the same method you signed up with (Email, Apple, or Google). If you use email and forgot your password, tap Forgot your password? on the password screen.
Use the same sign in method
MOMDAY offers three sign in methods: Email, Apple, and Google.
⚠️ Use the same method you signed up with. If you created your account with Apple, sign in with Apple; an email and password will not work, and the same applies to Google and Email. |
Which sign in method do you use?
Email: you have a MOMDAY password. Use the steps below to reset it.
Apple or Google: you do not have a MOMDAY password. You sign in with your Apple or Google account, and that password is managed by Apple or Google, not in the MOMDAY app.
Forgot your password?
On the welcome screen, tap Login.
Enter your email address, then tap Continue.
On the password screen, tap Forgot your password?
Open the reset email and follow the link. Check spam if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Signed in and want to change your password?
Tap Profile > gear icon.
Next to Password, tap Edit.
Enter your current password, then your new password, and tap Save.
This applies to Email accounts only. Apple and Google passwords are changed with Apple or Google.
Signed in with Apple and not sure which email you used?
Apple may have created a private relay address (ending in privaterelay.appleid.com). On iPhone, go to Settings > your name > Sign in with Apple > MOMDAY to see it.
Still cannot log in
Check your internet connection.
Update MOMDAY from the App Store or Google Play.
Close the app fully and reopen it.
Restart your phone.
If none of that works, email hello@momday.com (since you may not be able to reach Help & Support in the app).
